The day-to-day running of the business depended on staff information and operational tasks being tracked accurately across many managed buildings. Off-the-shelf tools did not fit the way the team actually works, and spreading the work across spreadsheets and inboxes made it hard to see who was doing what, and where.

The Solution
A private, purpose-built web platform shaped around the team’s real workflows. It brings staff and operational management into one place, with access limited to the people who need it, and was designed to be dependable enough to sit at the centre of the business every working day.

The Outcome
The platform is now part of the client’s daily operations. The team works from a single source of truth instead of scattered records, and new requirements are added as the business evolves rather than worked around.

Software that a business relies on every day has different priorities from a marketing site: reliability, clear permissions and data the team can trust come first. The build focused on getting those foundations right, then fitting the interface closely to the way the team already worked so adoption did not depend on retraining.
